Making device code work in authn API. Added offline token validation.
Adding bits to srcnet-oper around rules inspection and listing.
Changing /locate response to be more uniform (and included associated storage id for astroquery get_data(), otherwise needs a site-cap-api call.
Still fixing broken bits from changing schema.
Fixed DM API /locate
DM API now follows same structure as others + /locate function can colocate with services.
Datalink now uses the DM API client and doesn't need site-capabilities (uses /locate with SODA service).
Refactoring Datalink to use DM API.
Just need to address srcnet-oper then can close this off.
Did the astroquery demo.
